ORDERING A TOWNSCAPE
Townscape prices start at 295 euros and are listed with each townscape in the web shop. Prices do not include framing.
You can order by mail. Send me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org for the exact ordering procedure.
Most of my customers come to my studio at Voorstraat 60 in Delft to buy a townscape. It enables me to show the work and answer any questions you may have in person. Visits to the studio are by appointment only.
Are you a resident outside the EU and will you be ordering a townscape for export outside the EU? If so, you can claim back the 21% VAT you pay on the purchase price. Information about importing and exporting goods is available on the website of the Dutch Customs Authority.
ORDERING A PIECE OF A TOWNSCAPE Many customers want to see a panorama in real life before ordering. If you are unable to arrange a studio visit, I can send you a set of samples that will enable you to assess the quality and presence of the works.
A set of 4 samples costs 14.95 euros including postage. Each sample includes a cardboard surround so it can be framed as a mini painting.
You can order your samples by sending a message to email@example.com, mentioning ‘samples’ and the name of the townscape.
My work gets sent all over the world in mail-proof containers.
My work is regularly being shown and sold through art galleries and framers. See exhibitions for more information.
The townscapes are sold unframed, and customers are invited to choose their own framer and type of frame. Many customers go for a neutral aluminium frame (e.g. Nielsen type 51 or 56) and an acid-free cardboard surround behind glass or acrylic. Depending on the framer, framing prices in the Netherlands are roughly 500 euros for a small panorama (frame width approximately 170 cm) and 900 euros for a large one (frame width approximately 220 cm).
